Music I think would link with my idea

Adventure/Discovery mood music

My in my video I want to create a mood that reflects the adventurous nature of my bear, as he explores the world around him. Premiumbeat is one of the websites that offers you music on a pay once policy. The music is quit expensive at $39.95 so, I don't think I will be using it in the end. These are the tracks I  found that I think will best link with my music,

Together we can by Ben Being
Time: 1:59

The upbeat and repetitive sound creates the illusion of motion taking place thought the ticking of the clock. This makes it a good soundtrack to play with my images, as you get the feeling of the day passing by as Buttons goes on his adventure.

Colors of the world by Last Harmies
Time: 2:52

This song would go well with the theme of adventure. Its a very bright and determined sound giving the impression that Button will have to overcome some form of challenge in his day out.

Your World by Delicate beat's
Time: 2:05

This song is amazing for creating a build up in atmosphere and build's up for a climax towards the end of the journey. The ticking of the clock helps for flow and time throughout the image's playing. With the sound slowing down towards the end. This helps to let the viewer know that this that the film reel is about to come to finish.

Out of the Bubble buy Allegory music
Time: 2:31

I love this song because it can express a fascination for the world around us, as well as, sound like a person is walking. The magical and curious sound can be used to express the bears fascination of the world and its new surroundings. Its  almost like the bear is a child.

A Great Adventure by Richard Canavan
Time: 2:45

The flow and progressive build up to this song works well in creating a scene of discovery, as the bear is excited to be trying something new.

Gentle/ Light mood music

Fantastic Voyage by Olive Musique
Time: 2:09

This song and your world are my favourite ones out of all of the ones I have looked at. This song is so light and upbeat which is what I want to express in my work. The childish and fun nature of the bear can be expressed through this piece. The music expresses the curious nature as buttons explores the house and the world around and him. I like this music because it can express the way the buttons copies human actions whilst betraying him as a child mimicking what he has seen his parents do.
Even though the music is expensive I get to use it without royalties attached for as long as I want and I will not be breaking any copyright laws in the process. I think I'm going to try create my own music using a program I have called dance DJ four( let hope it still works). But, I won't be able to create this level of quality music as the sound program I have is really for remixes and not for creating such captivating and fantasy based music. Paying for this music is another option but I think I'm going to try and find a royalty free website that offers the music for free as long as I credit the artist in my work. As for this project I am not willing to spend any money just yet, as for me this work is more of a practice for creating a stop motion music video.

Feelin' Good
Time: 2:14

This song is so upbeat and creates a light a happy atmosphere, so I have chosen to use it for my final work. This song is royalty free and free to uses , as long as I credit the artist.

How to create a Film strip in Photoshop

This is how to make a film strip and add music to it.

First got to File ans select New. A task box like the one below should appear.

In the Preset box change the setting to Flim and Video. In the Size box change it to PAL D1/DV. Check the Width is set to 720 pixels with the resolution set to 72 pixels/inch. Leave the background contents a the preset white and press ok.

Once you have pressed ok the following image above should appear. This will acted as a background to your images. Now its time to open a Timeline to make the film strip. Go to Windows Option at the top of the screen and scroll down till you find the Timeline. Click it and a timeline stripe should appear at the bottom of the screen.

Once the strip has been opened it is time to add a layer, as a starting point to the video. So, go to Layer at the top of the screen and scroll down to Video Layers to selected New blank video Layer. Once selected a new layer will appear on the time line.

To add your images go to the plus icon at the end of the time line Layer one and Choose the image you wish to add to the film strip (remember to make sure that the images selected are the resized ones). Press ok.

Not that the image has been added you can alter the duration for how long the image will play, by hovering the mouse over the either end of the sprite. The cursor will change to a double ended arrow and buy dragging it you can change the length the image will be played for.

Now to add the music that will be accompanying the video. Below the Layer there should be an Audio Track option on the Timeline task bar. go to the far right hand side a press the plus icon on the bar the Audio Track is on. This will open your files and from them you should selected your chosen music track. You can adjust the length of the sound track the same way as with your images. The green bar added is your Timeline is the music.

After you have added all the images and sound (adjusting there time accordingly) it's time to Export your film strip. Preview your work you can press the play icon on the Timeline Task box. After your happy, go to File, Export and select Render video.

The Render Video Task box should then open. Make sure you know which folder it will be transferred to. Have the dialogue box set to Adobe media encoder and set the format to Quick Time. make sure the setting match my example then press Render and watch the magic happen.

How to create Actions and Batch Actions in Photoshop

How to create Actions

In order to create an action the first thing you need to do is open the action bar menu. To do this go to the Windows option at the top of the screen and scroll don't till you find the Actions option. Click it.

After you have selected the option a Task box will appearer on the right hand side of the page.

To create an new Action you need to selected 'Create New Action' on the bottom of the task box( its right next to the bin icon on the bottom of the task box.)

An options box will appear on the screen and for now just leave it on is default settings. Press record and the new action will start to take note of every action you take, until you press the stop button. For now press the stop button and go the File, Open to selected an image to demonstrate this next part.

Once the image is open press the Record button again so the Action can follow what you are going to do to the image. For my project I will be creating the Action to resize my images to create a video strip. So, I selected the Image option and select Image Size.

When the task box appears I will change my images With to 720 pixels so all my images will be the same size and fit on the film reel. Once I've pressed ok its time to stop the recording in the Actions task box, as that is the only action i want to be repeated to all my images.

Once finished remember to Save As the image under a new name or in a new folder, so you know which images are resized for the film strip.

Creating a Batch Action

Now that the Action is made its time to create a Batch Action to make life easier. A Batch Action will take a batch of images a preform the chosen Action on them all. One after the other. Before you change your images make sure there all placed in one folder. Now to to create a Batch Action got to File, Automate and then Batch.

A task box like the one above should appear. In the Play section select the action you want to us. In Source select the folder with the images you want to change and in Destination selected a folder to transfer the new sized images into. I suggest making a new folder entirely. Press ok a watch the magic happen. Now the only problem I have come across is that you need to create more than one action for Portrait images with the hight set to 720 pixels. I suggest you separate Landscape on Portrait images into two folders for the source but, have them go to the same destination so that all the resized images are together in the end.
